Our pecan divinity log is a classic Southern confection that blends the soft, airy texture of divinity candy with the rich, nutty flavor of pecans.  The divinity log has a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth divinity nougat center — made from whipped egg whites, sugar, and corn syrup — that sits somewhere between a marshmallow and a meringue.
